1. Eligibility for Same Day Refund:

   • Same day refund requests will be considered if the user encounters technical issues preventing them from accessing the course content or if they are dissatisfied with the quality of the course.

   • Refund requests must be made on the same day of purchase.

2. Submission of Refund Request:

   • To request a refund, users must contact our support team via the designated support email or through the contact form on our website.

   • The refund request must include the user's name, email address, transaction ID, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

3. Refund Processing Time:

   • Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days.

   • Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions:

   • Refund requests for courses with completed assessments or quizzes will not be considered.

   • Users who have violated our terms of service are not eligible for same day refunds.

1. Eligibility for Same Day Refund:

   • Same day refund requests will be considered if the user is unable to attend the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • Refund requests must be made on the same day of booking and at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Submission of Refund Request:

   • Users must contact our support team via the designated support email or through the contact form on our website to initiate the refund process.

   • The refund request must include the user's name, appointment details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

3. Refund Processing Time:

   • Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days.

   • Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions:

   • Refund requests for appointments canceled less than 3 hours before the scheduled time will not be considered.

   • Users who repeatedly book and cancel appointments may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
